As an architect, my job is to use my expertise and knowledge to guide you through the process, incorporating your passion and personal style to design a home that feels timeless.
Custom Homes
A custom home begins with an analysis of your site, your space needs, your budget, and your design inspirations. This information guides the floor plan, materials, shape and style of the house, resulting in a unique and personal home. Click on the projects below to learn more.
Design Fee: +/- 2%-3% of construction costs (based on square footage, complexity and level of finishes)
Plan Modifications
Have you found an almost perfect set of house plans that could be your dream home with a few adjustments? My Plan Modification service is a quick, cost-effective way to modify a set of house plans you purchase online so that it meets your specific needs. I can also help you select a set of plans, a great option if you want to build a new home but aren’t interested in a custom design. I have worked with plans from Don Garner, Southern Living, and most of the major plan websites.
Design Fee: $1,000 - $4,000 (based on the quantity of changes and the format of the original drawings)
